Our Story

Caught this morning.
Served by tonight.

Marée opened on the harbor with one rule: nothing reaches the table that didn’t come off a boat we know by name. Our buyers walk the docks before sunrise, our raw bar is shucked to order, and our grill runs on driftwood char and good instinct. The tide tells us what to cook — the room is built around its rhythm.
